Unusual waking up at night due to short of breathing and tiredness, sleepiness during daytime due to unusual sleep. This disorder can be treated by performing self help or by doctor help and medicines like you should lose your weight and do regular workout or walking. If you are addictive of smoking and alcohol then you need to avoid it if you want to finish the disorder. Also avoid sleeping pills, sedatives, caffeine and heavy meals. Try to maintain regular sleep hours.
