This causes shallow breathing or breathing pauses and affects sleep of person indulging tiredness. Other than obstructive there is one more cause named as central sleep apnea which is less common type of disorder. This disorder may occur if the area of your brain controlling your breathing does not send the correct signals to your breathing muscles. Thus as a result, you will make no effort to breathe for brief periods. This can occur to anyone but is more common in those who are indulging in medicine or have certain medical condition. Complex sleep apnea is a mix of both the above mentioned disorder.

So, there is total three types of sleep apnea which includes- obstructive, central and complex sleep apnea’s you should know. Some major signs and symptoms include loud and chronic snoring along with pauses in breathing every night. Unusual waking up at night due to short of breathing and tiredness, sleepiness during daytime due to unusual sleep. This disorder can be treated by performing self help or by doctor help and medicines like you should lose your weight and do regular workout or walking. If you are addictive of smoking and alcohol then you need to avoid it if you want to finish the disorder. Also avoid sleeping pills, sedatives, caffeine and heavy meals. Try to maintain regular sleep hours.

By singing and performing some throat workout you are able to treat your sleep apnea problem. But sometimes when disorder becomes severe continuous Positive Airflow Pressure (CPAP) can only help for moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea. Treatments are unlimited so no need to worry just take care of yourself and follow strictly.
